In the annual tradition of BA School of Business and Finance the student research conference is an event where students have the opportunity to present the results of their research work carried out during the year. This year the BA School of Business and Finance research conference “Digital innovation and sustainability: post-pandemic prospects in the context of business and financial development” took place on June 11th for the 9th time.

The conference was scheduled to take place on June 11th from 9:00 to 20:00 and was broadcasted live from the BA School’s of Business and Finance YouTube channel with a break from 13.30 to 16.00.

PROGRAMME

During the first public part of the conference at 9:00-13:30 the audience had the opportunity to hear alumni successful researches and hear the student business researches. BA School of Business and Finance has also continued to create its cooperation with the business environment over the years. This year the problems of applied research have been raised by companies such as VAS Latvijas Pasts, AS Swedbank, AS “Sadales tīkls”, as well as insurance companies. Part of the study is in cooperation with the research and development groups of the BA School of Business and Finance, implementing the grants of the Latvian Council of Science, internal research grants and international research and development projects, including focusing on topical and important areas such as the circular economy, financial literacy, new methods in business education, etc.
