From March 25 to March 29, the annual International Business Week was held in BA School of Business and Finance. This was already the 11th time when BA School of Business and Finance organized the international event and welcomed partners from around the world. This year 61 foreign students and 9 lecturers from Belgium, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Finland, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and Poland participated in the International Business Week.
Foreign students and BA School of Business and Finance students were divided into mixed groups and worked in two different business weeks — Marketing and Project Management. The task of the marketing week participants was to develop marketing solutions for the development of the tourism of Kemeri National Park. Students in Project Management week created a marketing plan for the promotion of tourism offers of Kemeri National Park.
A tour was organised at the beginning of the week in order for students to meet the tourist sites offered by Kemeri National Park, as well as to fully understand the situation and the main challenges. Members of Business Week had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the Great Kemeri Bog, nature trails and other inspection sites offered by the park.
This year, BA School of Business and Finance hosted students and lecturers from 11 collaborative partner universities: University College Leuven Limburg (Belgium), University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna (Austria), Hochschule Heilbronn (Germany), College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), Odisee (Belgium), Solent University (United Kingdom), International Business Academy (Denmark), EPHEC (Belgium), Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands), University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern (Germany) and IUT de Saint-Denis (France).
