The first OPEN DOOR DAYS at the BA School of Business and Finance this year took place on March 9 Zoom online. At the event, the team of the BA School of Business and Finance introduced all bachelor’s and first level five study programs – their content, international accreditations and certificates, study process, study duration, lesson schedule and language and costs of each program, as well as insight into the life of current the BA School of Business and Finance students. Representative of the BA Scholl of Business anf Finance Student Self-Government (BASP).
It is a tradition that BA OPEN DSOOR DAYS are also attended by the director of each study program, with whom interested people can meet individually in the so-called Zoom “breakout rooms” and ask their questions in a direct dialogue in a special negotiation session at the end of the event. Secondary school students from more than 30 Latvian schools and gymnasiums who participated in Zoom online actively used this opportunity.

Thanks to the BA School of Business and Finance ability to quickly change and adapt to new conditions, we have created an exciting, dynamic event online to address all interested parties together, as well as find a solution to discuss with each student individually the issues that are important to him. This time, 64 secondary school students from schools in all regions of Latvia had registered for the BA OPEN DOOR DAYS event for bachelor’s study programs.
