International environment

To promote the international turnover of BA School of Business and Finance(BASBF) students that is an essential precondition of the development of professional competencies and skills as well as ensuring effective competitiveness students are offered studies and internship opportunities at partner universities and enterprises abroad.

The students have the opportunity to study as exchange Erasmus students within undergraduate and postgraduate programmes under the LLP-Erasmus programme in partner universities. The students do placements in international companies abroad as part of their study programme.

BASBF continues cooperation with partners abroad not only in Europe but also in other regions of the world. The number of BASBF partners increases every year proving its professionalism and the ability to function facing stiff competition. BASBF has signed 126 international cooperation agreements with partner universities in 33 countries.

Diversity and an international environment are ensured by international guest lecturers and entrepreneurs who lecture alongside local academic staff. Every year BA School of Business and Finance organizes a special international week that is designed so that international guest lecturers complement the study courses with international and global issues.

Within the signed agreements BASBF students studying at one of five foreign higher educational establishments have the opportunity to obtain not only the diploma of BASBF but also the diploma of the foreign higher educational establishment.

Cooperation with foreign higher educational establishments facilitates the movement of BASBF to internationalization and opens study opportunities to students as well as the international recognition of BASBF. It is an essential precondition for its further development.
